The International Centre for Trade Transparency Limited (ICTTM) and the Ukrainian Clusters Alliance (UCA) are pleased to announce that they have entered into into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), symbolising a landmark step in international trade relations.
In a virtual meeting, they signed the MoU to give UCA and its member companies priority access to ICTTM’s upcoming ADAMftd software system, a groundbreaking tool set to revolutionize the international trade landscape.
As a frontrunner in fostering global trade transparency, ICTTM is in the final stages of developing the ADAMftd software system. This innovation boosts transparency and compliance, aiding businesses in navigating the complex realm of international trade.
Partnering with UCA, a distinguished alliance that represents a wide network of Ukrainian businesses, presents an exciting opportunity for both parties. Through this collaboration, Ukrainian companies will gain an unprecedented advantage, ensuring their compliance with international trade regulations and facilitating their global market expansion.

The MoU also highlights the collaborative spirit between ICTTM and UCA, with both parties agreeing to actively work towards the continual improvement of the software system.
Olga Trofymova, Head of Internationalisation at UCA, expressed her enthusiasm for the partnership and stated, ‘The Alliance will encourage its members to actively engage with and provide valuable feedback on the ADAMftd system.”

The Ukrainian Cluster Alliance (UCA), focusing on industrial and high-tech clusters, represents a unique union formed in response to the war in Ukraine. Initially established as Clusters4Ukraine in March, the organization rapidly evolved and renamed itself the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance. It now unites 60 cluster organizations, encompassing over 2,000 enterprises and research institutions.
